As anyone who follows me on other social media will know, I recently bought a drone. A DJI Mini 4 Pro to be precise. And you’ll also likely know that I crashed it yesterday, Sunday, April 14, 2024.
No one to blame but myself, lapse in concentration, and boom it took off like a bat out of hell into a tree. Luckily, I purchased DJI Care Refresh from DJI when I activated it, and have replacement coverage, so off it goes to DJI today via UPS.
Hopefully will have a replacement back by sometime next week, fingers crossed. Highly recommend something like this as a beginner, because lets face it, we’re gonna mess up more than experienced users, but its still worth it in my books no matter what!
In the meantime, I decided I’d start a blog about drones, who knows, I may even keep it up!
Here I hope to post videos, with maybe stories behind them, things I’ve learned, accessories I’ve bought, and so on.
And perhaps get your posts and videos here as well, but thats up to you dear reader.
Just got my hands on a drone, and let me tell you, it's awesome (and way trickier than it looks!). I'm here to document my adventures in the sky, share epic aerial photos and videos (hopefully!), and learn alongside all you other drone newbies. We'll explore the coolest accessories, tackle those inevitable challenges (read: crash landings!), and figure out all the pitfalls together. Buckle up for some wobbly flights, stunning scenery, and maybe a few laughs along the way!
